Welcome

West Welland Farm is situated in North Devon on the edge of Exmoor National Park. The farm is surrounded by beautiful countryside and the area is peaceful and tranquil. The small market town of South Molton is only a 10 minute drive away with Barnstaple and the coast only a 30 minute drive from the farm.

The Farm is fully working with cattle, sheep, lambs, goats, horses, ducks, geese and hens! Visitors are free to look around the farm and help!

Accommodation
West Welland Farm offers two types of accommodation - two luxury mobile homes and tradition Mongolian Yurt. The luxury mobile homes which sleep up to 8 people. They are individually sited within their own garden, with picnic tables, BBQ and play area. Both homes have full wheelchair access.

The Yurt was hand made in Mongolia and bought over to the UK specially for our farm. There are only a few places in the UK that offers guests a truly traditional place to stay

There is also a laundry room and games room on the farm

Pets are welcome and there is space to bring your horse or pony with you. We have stables and grazing available with bridleways on your doorstep!
