1. Come off the M5 at Junction 27
2. Follow the A361 to Tiverton/ Barnstaple
3. Turn left on A361 at the first Picnic Area/ rest area (approx 11 miles from Tiverton)
4. Follow the road to '5 Cross Ways' cross roads
5. Take the right hand turn to Ash Mill
6. When you come into Ash Mill take the first right hand turn past the telephone box
7. Immediately take the right hand turn by the Bungalow (towards Knowstone)
8. Go under bridge
9. Approx 1 mile on your left hand side you will find West Welland Farm
